ssoExempt through Members can still sign in another way, which keeps a break-glass path.
Turning enforcement on needs an active connection and a verified domain (and, on Cloud, the Scale plan). Turning it off is never gated. Members flagged ssoExempt keep signing in with a password.
Availability: Cloud · Enterprise (self-hosted). Not available on the Community edition: a self-hosted deployment needs
ENTERPRISE_ENABLED=true, otherwise the endpoint answers 403 with error.type: "enterprise_license_required".Authorizations
