Delete a SCIM user (suspend membership)
Offboards a user reversibly by suspending the membership, so their data survives. A repeat delete returns 404, and the owner cannot be removed.

active: false would. The person’s data stays. For permanent removal, use Members.
Reversible offboarding, never destructive — the membership is suspended exactly as active: false would, so the person’s data survives and a later active: true restores them. A repeat delete of an already-suspended user answers 404 (what IdP validators expect for an already-gone resource). The owner cannot be removed.
Availability: Cloud · Enterprise (self-hosted). The SCIM endpoint answers
401 on an unlicensed self-hosted deployment.SCIM lives on its own base URL:
https://api.onecli.sh/scim/v2 on Cloud, http://localhost:10254/scim/v2 self-hosted. It authenticates with a SCIM token (oc_scim_…, minted at POST /org/scim/tokens), never a OneCLI API key, and speaks application/scim+json per RFC 7644. Each token is rate-limited to 600 requests per minute.
