Decide who may reach the agent in a space
Sets the reach for one space, such as a Slack channel. Use it to open an agent to a team or silence it in a noisy space. Related guide: Slack integration. Settles a channel’s reach — approved opens it to everyone in it, members_only limits it to OneCLI members, blocked silences it there. Idempotent.
