# Zoho CRM Leads, Contacts, and Deals

> Read and manage Zoho CRM leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and tasks. Connect with your own Zoho API client in a few minutes.

## Overview

OneCLI connects AI agents to [Zoho CRM](https://www.zoho.com/crm/) through OAuth. Agents can search records and read or manage leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and tasks. The gateway injects the token into every request, so your agent never sees it.

Zoho CRM uses **your own Zoho API client**. Setup takes about five minutes, once.

> [!NOTE]
>
> OneCLI connects to Zoho's **US data center** (`zoho.com`). Accounts in other Zoho regions (EU, IN, AU, and others) aren't supported yet.

## Connect Zoho CRM

**1. Create a Zoho API client**

Open the [Zoho API Console](https://api-console.zoho.com), click **Add Client**, and choose **Server-based Applications**. Name it `OneCLI`.

**2. Add the redirect URI**

In OneCLI, open **Connections** > **Zoho CRM** > **Custom credentials** and copy the **Redirect URI**. Paste it into the Zoho client's **Authorized Redirect URIs** and click **Create**.

**3. Add your credentials and connect**

Copy the client's **Client ID** and **Client Secret** into **Custom credentials**, click **Save credentials**, then click **Connect Zoho CRM** and **Accept** in Zoho.

## What agents can do

| Area | What agents can do |
| - | - |
| **Records** | List, read, create, update, and delete leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and tasks. Search across records |
| **Org** | List users, read settings, and read the organization |

## Controlling access

[Grant](https://onecli.sh/docs/guides/agent-access.md) the connection to each agent that needs it, and choose per tool what runs freely, what needs approval, and what's blocked. Put every **Delete** tool behind approval. Organization [rules](https://onecli.sh/docs/guides/rules.md) add guardrails on top. A blocked request never reaches Zoho.

To disconnect, remove the connection in **Connections** > **Zoho CRM**, then delete the client in the Zoho API Console.
