# Organization Skills API: Skills for Every Hosted Agent

> Create, list, update, and delete organization skills with the OneCLI API. Every hosted agent in your organization receives them.

Organization skills are instructions and know-how that OneCLI delivers to every hosted agent in the organization. Write a skill once, such as your deploy checklist, and every agent gets it.

Any member can read skills. Writes need admin or owner where roles are enforced. An organization can hold up to 20 skills.
